Bethesda is offering 500 in-game Atoms because of the Nylon Bag issue right now.
THIS IS A SCAM. It’s a Legal Loophole. Because they advertised and promised a CANVAS bag but sent a Nylon one instead, you are entitled to sue them for LARGE SUMS OF MONEY over false advertisement.
If you accept the 500 Atoms (about $5 irl), this is considered “compensation”, legally forfeiting your right to sue. It’s not because they’re sorry, it’s because they need to save themselves from getting sued. “We have no intention of correcting this issue” was their exact answer when questioned about the bags.
If you’re still willing to defend bethesda at this point, you are part of what’s wrong with the AAA games industry. You are telling these companies that you are willing to throw away your money for cheap products at a high price.
I feel like michael afton’s whole existence can be summed up as existential dread disguised as bright colors and horrendously tacky clothing. that and repressed memories about all those kids that died that one time
