Don’t forget the fact that people who are liberal or conservative typically choose those labels for themselves. People can have some conservative values while having liberal values.

Seriously please do not use twitter as your primary art display site, it mangles your images like something straight out of ebaumsworld
Don’t forget that the hashtag system + character limits on Twitter is horrible for art visibility, and there are rampant issues with art theft and discourse on that website, worse than here. If you want to share your artwork, try deviantART, ArtStation, DreamWidth, or even WordPress and Instagram.
