For lack of a clever or witty title here, my life and schedule have gotten far too busy for Warcraft and other such things. As abrupt as this is, I’d like to assure everyone that a lot of thought has gone into it, and some things just need to be done all at once! ❤
That being said, all of my Warcraft OCs are up for offer (for those with 3+ art pieces) and those with less are open for adoption. Please private message for the links to the albums. I appreciate everyone’s support, but there’s just so much going on right now that I can’t juggle it all! ❤
Due to inquiries:
When you purchase an OC from me, you have the rights to the character, design, name, etc. You can change their design, personality, and even name to make a new character as you see fit! They are yours from then on! I will also work to free up the names too so you can use them as well if you wanted to keep them as is.
Al’ishi, Fefeya, Xo’ja, Gabriella, Brithe still available.
The lovely fluffly drakkari druid was homed to @nelybean!
HEY HEY WOAHH WAIT A SECOND!!!!!!
Are you selling the character along with the artwork that people made for it??
Are you including this artwork into the price of the character depending on how much they have?
Did you tell ANY of the artists who made pieces for you about any of this whatsoever??
Maybe this was badly worded, maybe it wasn’t?? But??? That sounds pretty what the fuck??
I’m pretty sure a lot of artists don’t like their work TECHNICALLY being resold unless they’re like EXPLICITLY ok with that. That seems….really shady. And I hope to god I’m just missing an explanation somewhere.
If they’re reselling, gifting, or doing anything other than keeping the art for themselves all rights default back to the artist unless that artist gave explicit permission otherwise. So you’re not wrong in that it’s ‘shady’, it’s actually illegal and fraudulent to do so unless again, the artist. at the time of commission/gift etc, gave explicit permission of content for these actions and for them to relinquish all rights upon ownership transfer.
I avoid any kind of drama like the plague, but since @darkspeartigress has not responded to me in months, I am forced to make this public.
This is already some really shady stuff, and lying about asking the respective artists about being okay with selling their work is downright unethical. You’re very vague about this whole operation that involves many other people’s hard work, so it’s open to scrutiny.
I have done 2 commissions for you. The first, I did January 2018 of one of your characters, Fefeya. That character’s art is being sold and I haven’t been contacted about it.
The second one, I finished at the beginning of September of 2018. I still have not been paid the $225 you owe me.
