seriously, i cant stand people trying to hammer in the “he killed children” thing as if its supposed to mean something to me, i fucking know he killed kids, i am fully aware of this fact but it doesnt matter because in the end hes a fictional character, hes not real, hes not hurt real physical people, hes not done any harm to real life people!

by stating “but he killed kids” all you are doing is being obnoxious and annoying, you are trying to guilt people in to not liking a character by acting as though violence in the world of fiction is on the same level as violence in the real world  when its not, at all, in the slightest so stop acting like it is.

people are allowed to enjoy fictional villains, they are allowed to be attracted to fictional villains, they are allowed to invest themselves in fictional villains, and absolutely no one has the right to tell them they arent allowed to, so long as no real life actual people are being put in harms way people are allowed to enjoy fiction how ever they please, get off your damned high horse.

Honestly, this is why I’m mad when I have to say “I like X as a character but I hate them as a person”, like that second half needs to be said bc people apparently can’t tell the difference between liking a character as a fictional character and liking them as a person???? We need disgusting ass villains for interesting stories, like the story of murder and vengeance that FNAF is.

that phrase bugs the hell out me, it doesnt need to be said at all and i roll my eyes any time i see it, purity culture is so damn obnoxious and stupid i hope it ends soon.
