Sonic Boom Dr. Robotnik concept art. I pieced them together and enhanced him through screenshots so we could try to get the full scope of what he looked like in these images.

Most interestingly was his militaristic/emperor combination on the far right with his Roman-esque shawl wrap. It gave him such a dignified air almost in reflection to his Sonic Riders scarf.
